A lot of gamers aren't even giving android/iOS releases a thought of purchase. physical d-pad wins over touchscreen d-pad. Instead of not participating w/ their smart phone account due to excess cost and limited playability. We can only wonder how many other ppl would be filling up their SNES classic. a pop I would basically be collecting them all. When I would be paying out the rear for digital downloads to SNES classic. It makes me laugh so hard nintendo's stubbornness and greed is actually causing piracy to be more prevelant since they don't offer digital game downloads onto classic consoles. there are like 500x's more guides on modding & gettings ROMs for your SNES classic when you google it. WTF, we should be able to download them like mp3s for like 2 dollars onto the SNES classic. eShop downloads are like freaking 8 dollars for a retro game on the switch. The thing that kills me the most is SNES classic doesn't interact w/ your computer by design out of the box. Their share price has been steadily rising like mad. Search "TYO: 7974" on google and do the 5-year summary.

Not having anything but an "eShop" download is ridiculous.Įspecially when Nintendo poorly re-releases SNES/NES classic and scalpers overcharge. We at least deserve to download a ROM that we bought or something. Nickel-and-diming gamers for $10 here and $20 there for digital copies of games released in 1990 is insane.
As opposed to a better quality customer experience by offering compendiums again. You can tell corporations are getting greedy with their MTX (micro-transaction) business models. As well as unreleased Square titles that recieve the "advance" treatment and upgrade. Optimally I would rather switch carts released w/ compendiums from the GBA:SP advance series.
